Usually, you don't need any special equipment for our classes. However, some tools might help you perform better. For example, you will need a yoga mat for the Yoga Mat playbook. Most other playbooks don’t require any specific equipment. When equipment is needed, each person is expected to notice and choose equipment that would be most suitable.
